STYLE is an AI-powered personal styling mobile application available on iOS and Android platforms. It provides personalized styling advice, wardrobe management, and outfit recommendations to help you build your perfect wardrobe.

Eligibility

To use STYLE, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old (or age of majority in your jurisdiction)
  • Have legal capacity to enter into agreements
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

User Accounts and Data

No account registration is required. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your device
  • Backing up your data (all data is stored locally on your device)

Premium Subscription Terms

Subscription Type: Auto-renewable monthly subscription

Price: $6.99 per month (prices may vary by region)

Billing: Charged through Apple App Store or Google Play Store

Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled

Cancellation: Cancel anytime through App Store/Play Store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

No Refunds: No refunds for unused portion of subscription period

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days notice

User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Use the app only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
  • Not use the app to infringe on others' intellectual property rights
  • Provide accurate information when using the app

Intellectual Property

The STYLE app and all content are owned by STYLE and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content without permission. AI-generated recommendations are provided for your personal use only.

Third-Party Services

  • STYLE uses third-party AI services (Anthropic, OpenAI)
  • The app may include affiliate shopping links
  • We are not responsible for third-party services or their terms
  • Use of affiliate links is subject to retailers' terms and conditions

Disclaimers

  • Styling advice is AI-generated and for informational purposes only
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes from following recommendations
  • App is provided "as is" without warranties
  • We are not responsible for purchases made through affiliate links

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data or information
  • Personal injury or property damage

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app or $0 for the free app.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless STYLE from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the app at any time. You may stop using the app at any time. Upon termination, your local data remains on your device.
